Strawberry Balsamic Preserves

Servings 12 oz.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. strawberries, rinsed, hulled and chopped
  • 2 T balsamic vinegar
  • ΒΌ C sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to a medium saucepan and place over medium heat.
  • Cook for an hour, stirring occasionally.
  • Cool completely and transfer to container with a tight lid.
  • Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks
