Custom Design Does Not Mean Custom Cabinets

Does your closet need a makeover? A disorganized closet can make a room feel small and cluttered. It also creates a lot of wasted space, ideal for additional storage. This was certainly the case for this Palma Sola Harbor master bedroom closet in Bradenton.

The original closet was a simple setup with a single hanging bar and a wire shelf above it. The room felt dark, and the storage was inefficient. Our goal was to create a space that was both functional and aesthetically pleasing. The first step was to paint the room a bright, cheery yellow to instantly make the closet feel more open.

Next, we chose a warm cherry finish for the custom design using standard cabinets. This bold finish creates a beautiful contrast with the yellow paint, adding a touch of elegance. The new custom closet design successfully tripled the shelf storage and doubled the hanging space. The result is a highly functional and organized closet that feels clean, spacious, and custom-tailored to the client’s needs. Every closet we design is highly customized based on a client’s specific needs, ensuring no two setups are alike.
